Welcome to the Hub 2.0! The Intranet and The Hub are now one in the same.
So what does that mean for City employees?
You can now access important information, documents, forms and communication from anywhere. You can access employee information from home, your cell phone, even when you're on vacation. Simply log in to the Hub from wherever you happen to be.
You will be able to access the information you’re used to finding on our current Intranet and HUB sites by visiting either
http://intranet or
http://hub. Please note, if you have any forms or pages bookmarked from the old intranet, there's a good chance they will need to be reset.
Simply sign in to the new HUB from anywhere using your City login. However, not all elements on the new HUB site will be available from outside the City network. These include, but are not limited to: Timekeeping (Workforce) and RoseU.
Here's a short tour:
Visit the HUB homepage (
https://hub.roseville.ca.us/). There are a few ways to access subpages. On the main page, you'll discover several menu bars. These provide broad access to much of the information you may want as an employee. On the top of the page, you'll discover these two menu bars. In the center of the page, you'll see the search engine for the site.
The news story section, or "What's New," has four buttons to tap that will bring you to current and past stories. You can go set-by-set, or tap the "view more" button to see a broader display of past stories.
At the bottom of the page, you'll discover three more sets of menus. Please explore where each of these buttons will take you.
We're glad you're here!
