Mid-November marked the one-year anniversary of our new Customer Information System (CIS) system, and we commemorated that milestone with a party, complete with a unicorn cake. If you happen to pass through Utility Billing area anytime soon, you'll notice we've decorated for the occasion.
Over the past 12 months, you may have seen some of your business processes change, or you discovered some cool new features that make your tasks just a little easier. Here in Utility Billing, we love the new features, including the new Mobile Work Management interface (which eliminated paper service orders), our new ability to provide real-time account status to our customers, and our pay-by-text feature. These new features are just fantastic!
