…and the winner is
Last month, we asked for your feedback on what you liked most about the new
CIS system and how it makes your job easier. From all of the responses we gathered, it was easy to see that our new CIS system has made a positive impact on daily work life for many of you.
The winner of our drawing, Krysten Ables! She had this to say: “My favorite feature of the new CIS System is the real-time payments. Going from Banner, where payments only posted every four hours, to having payments post instantly has improved processes for customers as well as employees. We can now give more accurate information to customers over the phone, online, and through the CSR and give them more prompt service for reconnections”.
