If you live or spend time in the neighborhoods bordered by Foothills, Baseline, Junction by Elliott Park and near Blue Oaks (see map), we’d like to get your thoughts on beautifying the area.
We receive regular complaints about the quality of the landscaping here. There may be an opportunity to change that. That’s where you come in.
Like elsewhere in Roseville, residents in this area pay for upkeep of common areas and medians with a small charge on their property tax bill. The amount charged hasn’t changed in 30 years.
So we’re forming a small group of employee advisors from those neighborhoods to get input on solving the issue.
