Forwarding calls while teleworking

The Information Technology department has received requests to forward desk lines to personal cell phones for the purposed of this teleworking over the next few weeks.

The City is currently limited on the amount of lines that can be forwarded. However, if you have a City issued laptop or tablet, there is an option to route phone calls from your desk line through that device. This option provides the ability to
receive and make phone calls through your desk line via your computer.
This feature is now readily available for any City employee to install. If this sounds like a feature you want to take advantage of, follow this set of instructions for installation.
