As a reminder, ERP training has been assigned to employees in RoseU in preparation for the launch of the new system on July 1st!
You have a choice of completing your assigned training in RoseU OR by attending an in-person session.
Tips for Completing Training in RoseU:
• The training in RoseU is designed to be interactive which means there are instructions throughout the training which will direct you to click various icons and links as well as type in information. If you click the “Next” button without completing the additional instructions, the course may not show as complete in RoseU. Please read through the direction on each screen to make sure that you are following the required steps prior to clicking “Next.”
• We have observed issues with some course files (e.g., 101a-2 and 101-3) that may create issues when navigating within the course, which we are working with the vendor to address. In the meantime, you may be able to work around the issue by expanding all of the sections in the Menu on the left side of your screen and ensure that each section is grayed out prior to clicking “Quit” at the end of the course. This will help you track your navigation to ensure your course is flagged as complete in RoseU.
• Courses assigned with a due date of July 1,
2019 are
required to be completed in order to gain access to the system when we go live.
• Courses assigned with a due date of July 1,
2020 are
not required to complete prior to go-live and is available for you to complete for a longer duration.

Please note the morning Procurement session on 6/11 has been cancelled.
Green indicates the session will be held in a computer lab - space will be limited to 12 seats per session (first come, first serve)
Purple indicates the session will be held in an auditorium/conference room setting.
* The GL and Accounts Receivable sessions on 6/6 & 6/10 will not cover the Computer-Based Training (CBT); the training during these sessions will be supplemental to the CBT material.
