Did you know that after you submit an incident or service request to IT and it is completed, that an automated email is sent to you with a link to a survey?
This survey is set up to capture feedback from you on how well we resolved your incident or fulfilled your request. The IT department values this feedback and uses it to better serve you. Reports can be derived from the surveys to help the IT department measure its performance and identify areas of improvement.
Here are some performance goals being measured on the survey:
- Service Desk Performance: How well did the Service Desk handle your request?
- Response Timeliness: How responsive was the Service Desk?
- Staff Effectiveness: How would you rate the knowledge and attitude of the analyst?
- Satisfaction: Did the assistance provided meet your satisfaction?
In addition, a free form text box is available to capture any additional comments you would like to share with us.
