Open Enrollment opens today, September 9 and runs through October 4. This is your primary opportunity to make changes to your medical, dental, or vision insurance coverages for the next year. Employees can make changes to their health insurance coverage for the next year by logging into
Oracle and accessing the Benefits module. The process is now entirely online and paperless for your convenience.
Access the Oracle login on the bottom of the HUB homepage.
Important: Employees need to re-elect their Flexible Spending Account (FSA) enrollment via Oracle each year. While you’re planning and preparing for Open Enrollment, please keep in mind the changes to CalPERS 2020 rates which were communicated to all employees earlier this month.
These resources are available to help you through the Open Enrollment process:
Computer-based training - Employees will be assigned voluntary Open Enrollment computer-based training in RoseU titled “100c – My Benefits.” This training is not mandatory, but provided as support for this new process. Look for this training on RoseU as early as Thursday, August 29. Please note that you will not receive a notification or alert for this course, but it will be pinned to the RoseU homepage for all employees.
Download a PDF version of the computer-based training for your reference. The PDF version can be accessed on this page, or by going to the Open Enrollment tab of the training resources section of the ERP webpage.
Open Enrollment computer labs will be available for your assistance – The labs open September 9 and will be available throughout the Open Enrollment period. Feel free to drop by to complete your Open Enrollment, or to ask questions. Here’s the calendar of computer lab dates and times. If you’re unable to attend an open computer lab and you have questions regarding your enrollment, you may call your HR Tech who can assist remotely via Skype.
Answers to commonly asked questions can be found here.
The Employee Benefits Fair will be held Wednesday September 11 from noon to 2 p.m. in Corp Yard in meeting rooms 2 & 3. Health plan vendors will be available to meet and answer questions during the fair.
